Our long-awaited music video screening & release show will take
place at the Magic Room Gallery in Brighton, MA on Saturday November 7th, 2009! It's a
special venue in the Boston area you have to see. Mark your calendars now!!!
For this event we are bringing together new and old in a really cool way. The Magic Room Gallery is a new place in Boston, an exclusive venue that is part of the Sound Museum, which has a 25-year tradition and history. The new part is us, our video, the room itself, and the filmmaker Noah Blumenson-Cook. This is Noah's second music video under his own direction, and his debut, a video for the band Jaggery, won him the 2009 Boston Underground Film Festival's award for Most Promising New England Filmmaker. He has also been a part of making videos for other Boston bands such as The Dresden Dolls and Bang Camaro.
This video is for a special song, our battle cry, which is all about the place of our namesake, in Turkey.
