Hello all,
Just back from playing at Standon Calling festival and feeling rather weary but a great time was had by all despite broken toes (Saul), absinthe comas (Stephen & Nick), sunburn (Ellie), wasp stings (Kath) and a general lack of sleep (EVERYONE)! We performed a brand new song - We Won't Be Here Tomorrow - which went down really well. It's an energetic belter of a tune which we really enjoy playing so expect to hear it at our next shows.

Our new single, As The Radars Sleep, is now available to download on iTunes and eMusic for just 0.79p. We do have a handful of CDs available featuring the single plus special bonus tracks that can be bought at our gigs only for £3.

Reviews for the new single are starting to appear ....

Revere could potentially be the most underrated band in Britain at the moment, everything they produce is of the highest quality and they have a majesty and confidence about their music that would have the more influential scenesters shouting from the rooftops about them if they were American or Canadian.
The follow up single to The Escape Artist lands and it’s utterly sublime. A twinkling joy from start to finish it’s just got an immeasurable beauty to it that makes them sound like no other band around at the moment. It can surely only be a matter of time before they crack the surface and head overground.
The Beat Surrender

The Dreaded Press

We've also had thumbs up from two major broadsheet music critics, Stephen Dalton (The Times) highlighted our performance in his review of Wychwood Festival (see last paragraph here and the Telegraph's Neil McCormick picked us as his favourite band when asked to help select bands for the BBC Introducing stage at Reading/Leeds Festival. Unfortunately that didn't help with the final pick, which you can read about in his Telegraph article. You can't win em all!

We are currently booking shows for our November UK tour so keep checking our MySpace for gigs in your home town. If you would like us to play at your venue please contact our booking agent Rose
