Hello All,
Just wanted to take a minute and thank all the wonderful people we met on the Radio Promo tour Jeff and I did last week. We spent most of our time in Arkansas, and it was about 1400 miles in 2 and half days, but the response and the kindness we received was worth the trip. So thanks to KDMS and Dan Murphy, US-97 and Tom Murphy, Y-107 and JR Runyon, Quick 99 and JC, KCBN and Dan Fransen, KTKS and Amber. I also should mention Chrissy and Larry at the Crosswalk bar and grill in Hot Springs, and everyone at the Seville hotel in Harrison. It's tough being an independent artist out on the road, and folks going out of the way to make you feel comfortable and welcome means a lot to us. We try to eat at locally owned restaurants and when possible stay at locally owned hotels, because we want our money to stay in the towns we visit. We believe small town businesses drive this country, and do our best to support them. So thanks to everyone we met, and thanks for making this a fruitful trip. While I'm sucking up, I also have to give thanks to Yallwire.com for picking up our video. 2000 plays in 2 days seems pretty cool to me. If you haven't been to their site, check it out. I am going to try to post more blogs- I know i have been lax lately.
