We've been having a great time so far touring all over the United States and Canada, promoting my brand new jug band album,
"Maria Muldaur & Her Garden of Joy"!!!
I'm
really looking forward to the second leg of our jug band journey, which
takes us to the place where I first started playing jug band music - THE NORTHEAST - especially, the NEW YORK CITY & BOSTON AREAS!
Everywhere
we've performed, we've enjoyed a great turn out, and people are really
loving this upbeat, light-hearted music! One happy couple told me at
the CD table last night "Our cheeks hurt from grinning so much all
night - we've had such a wonderful time!!" We're enjoying unusually
brisk sales of the new jug band CD, which tells me that this music is
really resonating with people, and this is indeed "good time music for
hard times!"
I do hope you can come out to one of these upcoming shows near you in the
