Here's a new recipe from out of the bag that "Chickasha Oklahoma Legend" Grandmother Vera gave Dad before she passed away...
Corn Casserole
1 (15oz) can cream style corn
1 (4oz) can chopped green chili
2 Tbs flour - 1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt - 2 eggs beaten
1/8 tsp oregano
Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish, dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
