All fret numbers are relative to the capo. Again I'm lazy... so it's up to you to figure out how many times and when you have to play the parts :D.

The "x"'s are the string noise I strum when I go from a chord to another. I find it gives it a nice percussive sound like with an accoustic plus it keeps me rhythm. This song is very straight foward, just simple chords. You can pick this song with a plectrum or with your fingers. I prefer using my fingers here. The intro sounds more even with fingers. If I use a plectrum (pick) the bass sounds stronger and louder than I want it to when I plug in my guitar (Epi Sheraton) into a clean sound amp. Also the pick gives an aggressive sound, while picking with my fingers and strumming with my thumb gives it a smooth sound. I find it's much more fitting for such a mellow song :).
