2008 has been a massive year for the label and 2009 will be even bigger with the signing of three new acts to the label. But this year is not over yet and there are some HUGE events coming up! First up- ATG4!!! The Truth Inc Records annual 'Against The Grain' Festival was the biggest and best yet!! A massive line up featuring some of Australia's best metal bands- Psycroptic, Picture The End, Blood Duster, Daysend, The Occularis Infernum to name but a few, along side Truth Inc Records bands Double Dragon, Truth Corroded and A Red Dawn! It was a day not to be missed and a day to be remembered- a massive thanks to the bands and supporters for making it Australia's best metal festival!

Big news for the labels flagship bands Truth Corroded and Double Dragon. Truth Corroded will be touring Asia in Oct/Nov performing in Hong Kong, several shows in China and headlining a festival in Thailand. As part of the tour the band will be supporting Polish death metal titans BEHEMOTH in Beijing!! Truth Corroded's new album 'Upon The Warlords Crawl' has been receiving outstanding reviews both from Australia and abroad and was released in Asia in September through Singapore label Mourning Sound Records. Double Dragon will add to the bands very impressive history of tour supports with a national tour supporting Swedish thrash masters THE HAUNTED and the Adelaide support for legendary grind band CARCASS! A Red Dawn have been receiving some great reviews for the bands debut ep 'The Need To defy'- check out online zines Metal Obsession, Blistering.com and Metal Forge.

Truth Inc Records would proudly like to introduce three new bands from around Australia that join the label with upcoming releases for 2009- Lynchmada from the Gold Coast in QLD, Seperatist from Tasmania and The Omen from Melbourne. Lynchmada offer a driving heavy groove that will appeal to fans of Chimaira and Lamb Of God. Check out the bands outstanding last album 'The Other Mexico' for a taste of whats to come. Seperatist bring a brutal, dark and earth shattering heaviness to the label. Chaotic, discordant and pummelling, Seperatist offer much to fans of bands such as Converge, Cult Of Luna, Meshuggah and Gojira. Check out the bands excellent debut album 'The Motionless Apocalypse' ( available via Truth Inc Online ) The Omen have been in the labels sight for years. A long standing Melbourne act, The Omen are currently recording the bands full length Truth Inc debut as we speak!! The Omen are face ripping thrash/speed metal in the tradition of bands such as At The Gates, The Haunted, Darkest Hour and The Black Dahlia Murder.
