Last night was my first game since... Autumn???  Wow, I had not realised how long it has been.  Anyway, we won, barely -- experience won out over youth and speed.  I played alright, certainly not my best game but also not my worst.  It became rapidly apparent to me that my physical conditioning has dropped off somewhat, but there were no heart attacks.  :)  My haunches are already hurting, which is odd -- normally it takes two days.  I suppose this means that I'll soon be in agony.  Oh joy.  My knees were also killing me last night, but this morning are fine.  I took a couple of glucosamine sulfate pills and I suppose I'll continue to do so for a day or two.

One consequence of particular note:  I slept well last night.  This was the first time I have slept well in weeks.  Seven hours, and I feel almost rested.  Still tired, mind, but not exhausted.  For the last while, I have felt exhausted every day, all day.  Part of ADD?  Possibly.

Speaking of ADD, I have been gethering annecdotal evidence in support of the books I had read, suggesting that high levels of aerobic activity are important for the ADD mind.  Last week I tried jogging.  Again my knees were an issue, forcing me to stop after about 500m, but I am going to see if jogging two or three times per week (in addition to frisbee) helps my concentration.

Body-fat is still in the 19-20% range.  My diet is decent, not amazing, but I expect the running to help the downward trend continue / resume (it has slowed recently).

Congratulations. As long as you keep moving forward you are winning the battle, even if your body balks at times. ;)

Now that I've picked up running, I should be using your tool. *snicker*

You could be kind and link to the site here so I don't have to go hunt for it...
