hey you should check out this video called the color of fear. i saw it in my counseling courses....mostly for learning to be a group facilitator and for social and cultural counseling...but it was really moving. its from the 90s but damn what a national conversation that we need to have. Lee Mun Wah is my hero. im serious. you be surprised how good it can feel just to feel that you have been heard by others, and also understood. keep in mind that the men in the video went through pregroup training to be able to express their thoughts and feelings...but i think its the type of group work i want to do in private practice. anyhoo, i think u can find it on youtube. for real, you should watch it.
