A big Thank You to Marlena for putting this site up and to those of you have sent messages and greetings. We miss our fellow musicians and friends a lot... Thanks for the kind words some of you have sent.

Melora and I are living in
Shanghai China now, (from NYC to Seattle, and now China) and loving it! We get back to Nashville once or twice a year...

Mark Medley and I are slowly digitizing everything Raging Fire we have.  Photos, tapes, records and video. We will post this stuff as soon as possible, but it will take a while...

If anyone has anything out there you think should be added to the archives, please let us know. Any photos or recordings with Lee A. Carr, Les Shields, John Reed, or Rusty would be great.

Thanks!

Michael,

congrats to you and Melora and your life in Shanghai. I saw you guys in the mid eighties in Raleigh, NC. I bought your EP and everyone signed it. I spent after hours having a beer or two with all of you and talking with Melora. Unfortunately, I lost that album when I lost my house and everything in it while I was in Europe researching my dissertation. I was wondering if you guys had a compilation that I could buy on the internet, it would sure bring back memories for me during that period of my life.

Heh, I actually fell in love with Melora that night though I did not dare say anything. But I will say this, all of you as well as the conversation with Melora, really made up my mind to get out of the military and follow my own creative impulses. Not in a big way, only that it was something possible to pursue. And now I am writing my dissertation. You were a small part in helping me make a decision about my own destiny, not necessarily with you music, but rather as a group of people following their dream and my conversation with all of you after the show.

I would really like to download your music and if you have a site where I can buy it, I would really like to know. My email address is rzg7f@gmx.net if your music is online and you have a way that I can purchase it.

Thank you very much,

Richard
