On my way home from doing some things today, I was the first car waiting to make a right from President Ave. onto Columbia Ave. when this guy came walking by. I scrambled to get my camera out of my purse, happy that I was at a "NO TURN ON RED" light so I had more time to snap pics! Wish I could have got more pics, clear ones, he was decked out! This guy was great! He reminds me of the guys seen when they're having an encampment at the corner of President Ave. & Marietta, which was easily within walking disance - but there isn't one now & he came from a different direction. Cupid in disguise?

haha yeah he had more than 1 person's quota of fringe on! If it was somewhere more convenient, I would have loved to had my picture with him.
