In this women-only workshop, we will explore the dynamics of a fulfilling sex life, demystify female sexuality, and speak openly about getting more of what we want. The goal of this workshop is to learn how to enhance your orgasmic experience and increase your orgasmic capacity.

Pole Dancing 101



Would you like to learn pole dancing and erotic dance moves? Join us for this class and learn a fun new way to tone your body, feel good about the way you move, and discover a new side of your sexy self! We'll cover pole tricks, floor moves, chair dance techniques, and more. Women over 18, of all shapes, and abilities are welcome! It is a physical class but will be adjusted to your personal abilities. Bring an open mind and be ready to laugh a lot! Please wear comfortable exercise clothes (NO SHORTS) and bring a button-down shirt (this is the only piece of clothing that comes off). You can dance barefoot, in sneakers, or in heels.
