Moments ago Barack Obama was declared the winner in our nationwide general election; thereby becoming THE FIRST African-American President of The United States!!! HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE!!! I was born in the 60's and never thought that I'd live to see a Black President elected in our country. Thankfully I've been proven wrong. Congratulations Mr. President! We are proud of you!!!

I am humbled and honored to have a strong leader among men to finally lead this country...
This is a day that I've waited for for 6 yrs. I voted for president Barak Obama for the senate seat yrs. ago. The first time I heard him speak when he was elected the ILL. Senator, "I was overwhelmed by a kind of stregth in his words"...Ever since that day, I just knew he would run for the President!...His words, his karisma, are unserpassed. I believe in him, "he will bring his "hope" to the whitehouse, and there will be change...This is a blessing. I look forward to this country looking beyond our color, and focusing on the "real" problems that afflict many, many people including my dad. May GOD watch over our new president, and keep him safe....Hope is going to become reality, and I cannot wait. I'm soo happy, I could cry - ( I did break down and cry on the night he was named the next President)...It was completely, heart warming and just. May he bring us all together, no matter our race, creed, or peoples doubts. I have faith in him. And he will go down in history, as the first african-american, and more - "the best man for the real change we need".

needless to say - "I'm moved and greatful ! :-}
we are all one under GOD'S plan, and we need to pull together now for all of our many reasons "I believe he can lead us down a right path, end the war, and help those of us get the help and boost we need! :-}
Gooo Obama!!!!
