Just wanted to take a moment to tell you that my twelfth book (yes, 12th) is in stores NOW. Getting Even is the fourth book in my teen Good Girlz series and young people everywhere (and some adults as well) are telling me it's the best one yet! I'm like a proud mama with these teen books because I'm getting such wonderful feedback all over the country. Parents are emailing me daily, telling me how they are shocked to see their children develop a love of reading from my books. And the young people themselves...wow, words can't even describe how I feel when one of them emails me and tells me how she "never read a book outside of school, yet is so in love with the Good Girlz." I love writing my adult books, but that's a powerful feeling to know I'm touching young lives.

And while you're out picking up Getting Even, place your pre-order for Can I Get a Witness?, which drops on July 15th. I'll touch bases again soon. We are about to start filming Let the Church Say Amen, the movie and you know I will have to pass along all the details once everything is finalized and we've started shooting. (I'm serving as Executive Producer, but I'm trying to sneak in a scene as an extra or something:-)
