1. SSF started by just hanging out and jamming together to some of our favorite songs at the time.
2. SSF's first show was on September 22nd 2007 at The Door Ft. Worth.
3. Josh and Ben took Tae Kwon Do for a long time at Excel Academy (4 years).
4. Paul plays tennis at his school and enjoys the child's toy, flying turtle, in his spare time.
5. All three members of the band rarely drink caffeine or sleep in past 9.
6. Josh eats 6 meals a day so that he can get bigger muscles.
7. Paul plays a weird four stringed guitar called a tenor guitar that is tuned like a viola.
8. SSF records everything at Paul's house.
9. All four of the parents of SSF are professional string players.
10. Paul and Josh are photoshop nerds and make all of SSF's graphics and flyers.
11. SSF practices on the second story of Josh and Ben's house.
12. The members of SSF love drinking herbal tea.
13. Paul has a bad habit of playing Josh's drums too loud.
14. Ben has a bad habit of facebooking during practice.
15. Josh has a bad habit of playing loud in between songs when the band is trying to talk.
16. On many occasions Paul and Ben have covered Joshs' drums with pillow cases and towels to make them softer at practice (to Josh's dismay).
17. All of SSF wear earplugs to practice and most shows.
18. Josh and Ben both listen to Hardcore music as well as softer music.
19. Josh uses a double bass pedal.
20. Paul's "rig" (pedals and guitar) are know to "crap out" at shows.
21. Ben is very talented at Halo 3 on Xbox live and spends many hours getting his lulz pwning n00bs online.
22. SSF has played at a coffee house, a restaurant, many local all ages clubs, a Tae Kwon Do studio, a church, a temple, houses, the American Veterans' Post, and bars in Deep Ellum Dallas.
23. The song Crowded Hallways originally didn't have a rocking ending but Josh said he wouldn't play it if it didn't rock.
24. Ben rarely ever eats meat.
25. Band friend, Austin Stearns, builds the band's boxes, paints bass drum covers, takes photoshoots, and even runs lights.
26. Paul is known to eat whole bags of chips at Josh and Ben's house.
27. Josh is a very accomplished percussionist at his school (he is on the L.D.Bell Drumilne and plays snare).
28. The band likes to take trips down the "beach" near Josh and Ben's house for inspiration.
29. Ben and Josh used to want to be the first Jewish rappers.
30. Josh went through an extremely dark phase (throughout 7th and 8th grade), but is back to earth now.
31. Paul has pledged to never jump off Josh's bass drum again unless Josh lets him.
32. Ben played shows and released and album when he was only 12.
