Don't get me wrong, we have a special energy in every place we've played and have an emotional attachment to them, but the Maximum Capacity in Chicopee Massachusetts is a pure, no-nonsense big ass rock and roll venue. Not only do they play some of the best bands going (yes I threw us in there :) ), but they boast a huge stage with an elevated platform, a drum riser, lights, phenomenal sound and a huge room to let your hair down and rock out to TOOL music. And I thought B.B. Kings in New York was big. Yeah they also have a big stage and awesome musicians (yes I can boast having played there also), but it's I dunno more like a swanky sophisticated joint so when I did play there, it was a bit odd playing TOOL music. But the Maximum Capacity, is all about hardcore. It truly embraces the heart of rock. And with the hot and friendly bartenders and two floors of music, it's no wonder the place packs a house.
