Revan's Nightmare

Pat, that was incredible. I just wish this would be broadcast like a Presidential address (right in the middle of Prime Time, on ALL the channels), because in this era of Rupert Murdock's FOX News (or Faux News, as we in the states like to call it) this is FAR, FAR more TRUTH than we get to see in the USA these days.

You're spot on as usual.
However I still wonder about that phenomenon that originally inspired belief in god(s). I can't connect it in my mind or experience of it to right and wrong or any of that. It does seem to be a manifestation of living things. I guess what I'm saying is an extension of the Shakespeare quote "There are more things in heaven and earth that are dreamt of in your philosophy" also less.

de~ΜΩΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ!

Hello, well I believe in God and Jesus is my savior, however I don't believe everybody has to believe as I do, I have friends who believe and some that don't and they are all people I call friends. This man makes a lot of good points, I however am not looking forward to the end of my life here, I don't believe that is what the Lord wants us to do, we should no that when we die there is an even better life for us but I don't think God wants us just sitting or kneeling all the time praying for the end. I think people should live each day to the fullest, Jesus said not to worry about tomorrow. I don't think I am better then anyone else or that my ideas should be pushed on anyone else. But I do think I also should have the right to worship my God. Jesus said to love your each other, he did not say to love only those who think like us~As I said this man made some good points but I also think he lumped all believers together~I don't have religion I do have a savior that I believe in. I do not belong to any church....I also think Christians use the excuse of their belief in God to be lazy and do nothing when they see all the BS going on in this country....Anyway thank you for sharing this video, I did enjoy listening to this point of view~Blessings always, de~

you just lumped all Christians together...LOL> oh man!! No, I am not just a Christian. I am a melting pot if you will. I am very spiritual. I believe God exists in each of us. He is there for us. My theory of truth is God is the Creator of the Universe and our true Father. I am his child...see where I am going w/ this? We are his children. He is the one that created us. Does Jesus exist? I think so but, I am not completely sure yet...

I feel the same. I don't need everyone to be the same as me. That would be boring. I would rather they come to a different conclusion than just go along w/ me in being atheist. Getting along with other people is more important than ideologies.

Man has always believed in a God as far back as the dawn of life. I honestly wish there was a God who was all kind, caring and loving. Surely not what we see in our lives these days.

This was brilliant.  You outlined quite succinctly why I walked away from the religion I was indoctrinated into from an early age.  I didn't want to apologize for my existence anymore.  I am still embroiled in the mad affair that is trying to persuade my grandmother not to send 30 percent of her fixed income to the smarmy televangelist dujour.  But hey, she gets Jesus calenders and my personal favorite, a cologne in a tiny bottle that "smells like Jesus".  I am subscribing, I look forward to your future posts.  Thanks.

Thanks for the evangelism.  Really.  I have learned in my spiritual journey to be thankful to anyone who wishes me well, or who wishes me on their perceived path of righteousness.  I am grateful for the good karma and I wish the best of everything to you.  Embrace one.

why don't you rape people? Set fires, steal a Mar's bar? The police or your parents? Who told your parents how to act, based on what? Whats and who's laws are the police following?
One day you people are going to come to the realisation that all our society is based on Christian law and although I personally have no problem with homosexuals and am not sexist, you break one un breakable law where does it lead.
But then I am taking this from a extreme philosophical ponit of view and I guess the true nature of evil is merely actions that harm the spirit or body... or is that subjective too?

Yes it's true, and if you replace the religious leaders with politicians and the God and good things to come with the state and what the Politicians promise, then you got the same thing.

"Clergy... humanity's head lice..."

that statement is what the 'kudos' are for... that was classic... i might have to use it some day... hahaha...

I love and believe in Jesus Christ as God in the Flesh but your commentary is exactly on point and well spoken. I have been accused of building ally relationships with atheist over christians and it's for a reason. i have been told I 'appear' to be the antiChrist. But, the truth is, ...

well................. the truth is....

kinda what you've said...

in essence, spirituality is personal and does not belong as a force against the general public.

I think I wanna make myself a sign and wear it on a street corner tomorrow... It would say...

END HUMANITY'S HEAD LICE NOW!!!

LOL!!!

excellent blog.

greatly logical and highly intelligent...

You've put everything I've said over the years in a 9+ minute nutshell!  Organized religions are the biggest and longest running scam to ever besiege this world and religious leaders are some of the biggest con artist to ever rape, murder and pillage humanity.  Stop the insanity by stopping the support of these criminal organizations.  Religious leaders and the governmental leaders that support them should all be locked up for crimes against humanity.

Spot off oldman, spot off, about there being no God that is. Come see my blog about MY story and see what I have to say about GOD, the deep dark side and the other side.

"My Hijacked Soul" is the mini-short version of my life story. Don't get me wrong...religion is not my fate but, GOD, the creator, my Father..... IS!

GOD BLESS ATHEISM?? IS THAT A JOKE?

if I walked up to someone and said that I have invented a religion based on eating a humans flesh, drinking a humans blood and worshiping a jewish zombie who rose from the dead, you'd think I was insane and yet when someones parents drive it into their heads since birth,it seems totally plausable...

The Truth
Truth Truth

Why do people put Christianity before GOD?  The fact is the churches of the world are under the JUDGMENT of GOD for the many lies they tell and for deceiving many. The fact is satan is now in control of the churches, READ 2 Thessalonians 2:3-9.

Now, re: the lies that men say:  The fool has said in his heart, there is no God. The churches and them who say they are christian, and are not, (Matthew 7:21) as well as them who believe not in God, are one in the same, for they are all liars. God is THE TRUTH, and He gave us His Book to tell us THE TRUTH, God has said let every man be a liar, but GOD THE TRUTH. Romans 3:4.

This video is proof that God is the Intelligent Designer of all.

God's Intelligent Design (or) Darwin's Natural Selection
