... fans of chaotic piles of cassette noise, rejoice! selections from 500mA's set at the 2008 Brooklyn Underground Comedy Fest have emerged from the ether of memory in soaking wet mp3 form.
    drift back to the hazy, long ago days of (early) february 2008; a booze soaked evening of comedy and spectacle that saw such hijinks as toppled amplifiers, the thorough smacking of possibly our most enthusiastic supporter, questionably obtained beer, not to mention the attempted mugging of Murderfist-er Tim Dean.
    the set came out on the winning end of a series of technical and crowd control related glitches early on, only to slowly decrease in quality due to beer related circumstances by the end of the night. no one seemed to mind: violence had been committed and tall tales sung. a certain post fest glow was in effect. to quote several audience members: "this is the least funny thing i've seen all night."
