ya i love how so many people did get on the bandwagon rather than being true fans right from get go, i dont even live in ny and im a new york giants fan, this year was a great year i got to witness them play in person when they defeated the Detroit lions( the team from my state that never will have faith in) ive been ripped on for being a new york giants fan and yankees but doesnt matter ill stand by those 2 teams through the good times and bad. thanks reb for calling people out.

o the thing that def showed lack of support was when we had half the ticket holders for giants/pats 1 game sold their tickets to other people like pats WHAT THE HELL Were YOU THINKING if you did, who cares if you get more money for it, your not a true fan, because we almost got witness giants win then but it was best when they WON THe Superbowl

Thats CRAZY!! You are the real deal. Even earlier this year when the Giants were 0-2- at out last shoot- you were all NY Giants this and NY Giants that. Even when my Cowboys beat your Giants during the regular season- you were a true fan and believed in your team. In the end, you were right.

I could attest that Reby is the Real Deal. She is as Die Hard as Die Hard can get. I've been friendly with Reby for over a year, way before the whole NYGiantsGirl.com idea came out and she bleeds blue through and through. I had posted pictures of Reby over a year ago on my site and it was getting such a great response that people starting asking who she was. Come on what Giant's fan wouldn't want to look at a beautiful lady dressed in our teams colors. I have been to 3 Super Bowls and go to many of the Giants Games at home and on the road. I've been to Philly dressed in Blue where I was almost killed (literally) and have also visited Washington, Baltimore, Houston, Tampa and Miami. I have been surrounded with Giants fans for the past 20 years. I have attended many of Big Blue's parties and I have met fans from all over the country and have spoken with fans from all over the world. Not is only Reby one of the biggest Giants fans that I have met (female or male) but she truly loves the game. She could stand toe to toe with any fan anyday when it comes to knowledge of the game and the Giants. I have never met a more intense person to watch a game with. She is also one of the nicest most down to earth person and so easy to get along with. But what first attracted me to her was her looks (She is amazing) but once I really got to know her I found out there is so much more to her than just looks. She is definately not doing this for attention. She is a true fan of the game. She is not just hopping on the band wagon. I know for a fact that she has been there from the beginning. Anyway I just had to speak my mind and go Blue! Hopefully we can do this again next year. See everyone in Tampa!
 

The main reason I became a great online friend is because you are so passionate about your team and you have a true love of the Giants.

You found a way to come up with the right words when they were 0-2 out of the gates. You had nothing but complimentary things to say after the regular season finale. And with each playoff game, you knew inside your very own heart that your Giants would win it all.

That's why I really like you a lot! Keep on smiling, and you will go very far...whether it is with Playboy or whatever endeavors you decide to pursue next.
 

I am sorry people are being really ignorant. You had no idea this was going to be a Super Bowl season just as I didn't or many didn't. You know how easily it could have been for you to be on the Patriots bandwagon during an unbeaten season and be the Patriots girl clamoring for Tom Brady? Or God Forbid a Cowboys fan from New York. And you weren't! I had no idea who you were until you posted some awesome pictures on that Giants app on facebook I don't even really use myspace. I can tell you are for real.

That said I think what are you are doing is brilliant. This team is known for being ancient filled with gray haired down in front gambling types and I love that culture too because it is all in fun but you bring some sex appeal to the Giants. I mean we don't even have cheerleaders so you are playing it up to many Giants fans so that I think will work out very well for you. I saw on your site you are going to have posters for sale and I can assure you most of the Giants fans I know will be buying some. This is a great angle and I don't know how people can't appreciate it. So many girls probably wish they thought of it!

I am very happy for you and fully support anyone who supports the Giants. In no way do I see it as you making money off the Giants. Who are we kidding isn't that what EVERY fan wants to do?? I am in law school currently I would love to be making money off the Giants in some capacity for my career. I see it as helping the Giants. If anything you are getting some bandwagon types to BECOME Giants fans because they see they are your favorite team!

Best of luck to you and I for one hope you continue to pursue nygiantsgirl.com. Love the idea about the search for hottest female Giants fan. I probably will recommend it to my couple Giants female friends who can compete for that title. This alone shows you aren't jsut profitting off the Giants success and sharing the spotlight with other beautiful Giants fans. It takes a lot for a female to be a Giants fan and speaks volumes for their character rooting for such a great team.

You are more then likely getting the most flack from Tampa Bay fans... Who by the way are comprised of nothing more then a bunch of bandwagon jumpers themselves. Having lived in the Tampa area for over 11 years, even the newspapers are with them when they are winning and against them when they are down. Throughout Tampa, when the season starts, you will see hanging from many flag poles on many homes Greenbay, Detroit, Cowboys, and maybe a few Giants flags. Depending on the Buc's record after the 5th week, if they are 4-1 or 3-2 you will see nothing but Bucs flags, on homes, cars... As soon as the season is lost, or if they go on a losing streak... out come the other flags, newspaper bashing, Gruden most go shirts...

A true fan is simple. You grow up rooting for one team, move away and STILL root for that same team, against all odds and to the dismay of the local "fan base". Hell, I was a fan when Dave Brown was the QB. I was at the Eagles game when Brown got taken off the field in a stretcher and the entire stadium cheered!!!! Remember Ray Handly?? I was a fan then too. Since 1970, I have bled Giants Blue. I fly to NJ a few times a year to watch the Giants and will until the day I die. Living in Tampa will never take away my loyalty for the BIG BLUE WRECKING CREW!!!!

Keep doing what you are doing Giants Girl. And if you make some jingle doing it, more power to you. Let them be haters, I am sure after this season, there will be a lot of "new" Giants fans that never heard of Jeff Hostetler, George Young, Wellington Mara...

Yeah you know, it's amazing... the Yanks drop out of the playoff hunt for the first time since gas was around a dollar, and all of a sudden the city turned from pinstripes to blue. This city has more real fans than any other in the country, but when you have so many people, you get a lot of people who just hop on the bandwagon... it's not that hard I suppose when the bandwagon is big.

Dont you hate when someone wants to question your love for a team i am in the navy and stationed in VA here is Deadskins territory so you can see my support loud and clear either with my huge giants truck with a big NY on it or the flags that hang in my front yard to show my support so i get what your going threw when someone questions me i ask them if they remeber the dave brown years or how about Dan reeves and his high expectaions or ray handley so if your a giants fans and you can remeber those years you can than talk to me about support i agree with you SKY true giants fans have been threw alot good luck and cant wait to see the new stuff on your site the wife would love to get involved in the hottest female giants fan
