VEG (ve-jh) is on. Fran woman's the dj booth. Starts off her show with some cuts from the Beatles 'White' album. Revelers pass around the portraits of Ringo, etc that came with the album. There is a poster inside with a collage of the members of the band in various stages of undress... hotel scenes. Ruffled shirts. Dancing at parties.

Next it's Herbie Hancock. Fran is switching back and forth btw. Beatles and Jazz tracks.

Also present at the cafe - Casey, studying as usual. (Stayed up all night cramming for a test this morning.) Is that Chamomile tea she is drinking! Maybe tonight's plans include some rest..

Several new faces. Reading. Everyone in front o f a book instead of a computer screen for a change. The only typing sounds come from my own keyboard - writing this post. Oh, and Volunteer Barista Carly behind the main counter. Probably posting on her own myspace blog... promotography

Casey orders more tea. 'Deja-vu' (Decaf Van, Jasmine, Sage)...
