My Stargate novel Valhalla has just been released by Fandemonium Books:

http://...com/q7eofp

Upon the legendary fields of ..Valhalla.., the spirits of Viking warriors do eternal battle in service to their god, Odin. By night they feast and toast the fallen, but at dawn the dead are restored to fight until the end of times.

When SG-1 find themselves trapped in this endless battle, prisoners of Odin, they must discover the strange truth about Valhalla before it is too late - and then confront the giant, Surtr, a terrible and immortal enemy bent on revenging himself against his god.

In order to defeat Surtr, Carter suggests using a naquadrium power cell Jonas Quinn has developed on his home world, but when Colonel O'Neill and T’ealc arrive on Langara they realize their problems have only just begun…

I love Stargate SG1, Richard Dean Anderson is the cat's freaking meow... That is sooo cool! I'll have to check it out. :)

Can you tell us what season this book is set in and whether Daniel Jackson features in it?  There is a massive following for this character and I for one, would not consider a reading book if he wasn't in it.  I know I'm not alone here.  The cover that has been released seems to suggest that he isn't.  Assuming he is, it seems a horrible mistake on Fandy's part to not have him feature on the cover.  If we assume he's not in the book, well...

The book is set toward the end of SG-1 season 7. All members of SG-1, including Daniel, are featured in the story -- despite what it looks like on the cover. The two main viewpoint characters, however, are Sam and Jonas.

Thanks for the quick response, Tim.  I own and am on a quite a few yahoo lists whose members will be more than happy to hear that our boy is definitely in there.  The initial reaction to the blurb that Fandy released (including the cover) has not been all that well received so this should help.
