There is only space for gentry in the realm of sonicism.  It's not very funny when one of us sees the relative absence of a figurative respectability we all wish we could have.  The four of us, I mean.  It's unfair, that is, the difference in respect that is given to those on the Maginot Line and us, back here at home.  I think we should be valued as symbols too, you know.
