Good grief! It's almost February already....! I have been composing and recording like a crazy person all this month for the American Music Co., producing a new Celtic CD for their library. I enlisted the wonderful musical talents of friends Paul Woodiel (fiddle) and Christopher Layer (Flute, Irish Whistle, Uilleann Pipes, Scottish Small Pipes) and thank them for their amazing contribution. It always sounds better with 'real' instruments rather than the 'virtual instruments' I used for the mock-ups. This CD won't be on sale to the public but the music is intended for use in TV, Film and other media projects by whoever wants to use it. I am now in the editing and mixing stage which will take a few weeks to complete and then I can get back to work on my solo CD which will definitely be out this year!!! Or I'll eat my guitar!!!

I was delighted to be asked to contribute a track to a new compilation CD which will accompany the book 'Heart of a Mother' (see details here: http://heartbookseries.com). The book, written by Sheryl Roush and the CD will be available at a bookstore near you soon.

Until next time...!

Cheers
Steve
