A firm judicial decision addressing the problem of parental alienation. Unfortunately, this type of court ruling is what is needed to protect children's rights to have a relationship with both parent. I am so glad that this judge made this move. I'd like to see this decision and others like it find its way into the inboxes of all family law judges.

If my ex-wife during our divorce was rewarded our home, and all it's contents, including my personal things dog too. Vehicals and granted a stay away so she could have her boyfriend stay in our house. How is it that she allow the house to go into fourcloser sale everything and then get to be allowed to move a 1000 mile (really) away so I cant see my kids, I lost my job during the divorce due to no transportaion, no money but all the bills, no place to stay other then friends homes, lost my professoninal licence. and yet I'm willing to go on but why must it be so hard to just wanna spent time with my kids without knowing I'm paying the state and it's employees along with my ex-wife just to see them once a year I have three beautiful kids only god him self could have kissed them as they came into this world.
I've worked hard for the people in my life and I need help is this consideref parental aliennation

This leaves me wondering what kind of evidence was used. I personally am SO glad for this kind of ruling, and I pray that we'll see judges in U.S. courts take heed.
