So the last 5 shows for us were pretty damn magical. We did the first four of them with our new friends from NYC called O'Death. My god you need to check out this band. Its been a while since I've been as moved by a performance as I was by this band's.
Great guys to boot. I hope we get a chance to do a whole lot more. I suspect as much......
The last show was in Ashland at a new place called Stillwater, and that crowd kicked our asses. What a crazy group. We'll be headed back there soon.
You'll be seeing us skulking around portland for a few weeks. Just in time for the F'n rain! Smart, huh?

Hmmm... Courtney (aka horse's ass) has a good point.
In fact, I'd love to see a wicked Hillstomp, Bad Mitten Orchestre and Bark Hide and Horn combination - or would that be too much good in one place? Shoot me your mailing addy and I'll get you that long promised CD, for reals! I miss you guys already!

hey! i saw you guys in portland with my old loves o'death. a match made in heaven you are! seeing the crowd go wild for you all reminded me of late brooklyn nights screaming 'i left my girl on the spitfire' and empty bottles of jim beam placed under the stage. i would love love love to see you play together again, a stompin good time indeed. in the mean time i look forward to catching you the next time yer back in the town of p. fuck yes.

You're telling me! The encore you guys played with O'Death in San Francisco rattled my bones. I have friends who went to LA show and talked to Bob from O'Death and he said they were just plain worn out from the SF show and couldn't play as intensely. You guys got my juices flowing, O'Death got me wigglin and the two of you together just about made me pop.


Can't wait to see you both again.
