amongst a group of good friends,  I posed the question how important is wealth? How important is money, verses every thing else in your life?

Now don't go dumb on me. Saying the old silly saying "money is the root of all evil". Let's really keep it real with ourselves. Money is a tool used towards what ever willed. As humans our nature is the essence of capitalism. Meaning us as humans have a simple desire to be the best. So the next question is asked "the best at what?" if true wealth is the goal of life. And it is. We must as a people strive towards it daily. Now by this point we have to ask what is wealth? I asked my father this a couple of years ago. His reply was simple. He said these are the five things that would make one wealthy. He said he gathered these concepts from readings, and his own personal life experiences. Wealth consists of: 1. GOD and /or SPIRTUALITY, 2. FAMILY and FRIENDS, 3.EDUCATION, 4. THE ABILITY TO EARN/FINANCIAL STABILITY, and last but definitely not least 5.HEALTH. Now I'm not going to break that down. It is as simplified as it gets. Should wealth and or the pursuit of it become evil to some and the goal for others? Is this the actual separation between the haves and the have nots? Or is it ignorance or stupidity? With this election and this time of recession, money has been more prevalent too Americans than education. I mean economics vs. education, or healthcare, or the many wars of the world, even our much needed, newly acquired pro-green lifestyle. To me this isn't the actual problem. All these are parts of the same point, WEALTH. As a people the class divisions come from the basic business savvy or the lack thereof. Also the have or have not DESIRE. We have to be honest with our selves and say yes some people make a conscious decision not to have desire, not to pursue wealth, not to chase the dollar, not to take responsibility, but to become and or remain a bum. Fortunately we as a brotherhood was blessed like many others with a sense of desire, but in no way does it stop there. with GODS will, support from good friends and family, the constant desire for education we as a people can use our abilities to earn, and with good business habits can achieve financial stability, and use a greater portion of our finance too insure the health of not just us but our lineage to come. Now am I telling the world to go out and conquer the world? No. The use of one's wealth I believe is the easiest way to determine good or evil. Are we truly a people for our people? Or have we truly become individuals? I hear it all the time and you, like me might have even said it once or twice," I don't need nobody, for nuthin". I know I'm guilty of it. Individualism is to me un-GODly, this has to be the proverbial crab in the barrel of life. Let's say this together now and forever "I will not strive towards the top on the back of my own, but instead side by side". To become a unified front in the face of all this adversity is a lot harder then what's being done at the DNC. For us to truly come together and say we all share the same desires. Have the same fears. Share the same concerns. Let's set aside all differences. Pay only mind to the simple things that unify us, like WEALTH. We have to start somewhere. And because it seems to have such a big impact in our every day living. It has to be the beginning.
