OK, here I go again. I've talked before about the value of Squidoo and I'm not the only one. I read somewhere recently about using Squidoo to post a sort of extended online resume and that motivated me to do something I've been putting off for a while.

Today I've created the Sharon Hurley Hall lens. This is shameless self promotion to reach a different audience and lead them to look at some of the stuff I've done. I have to say I have already had two long term and well paying clients through Squidoo, even before doing this, so it will be interesting to see what happens now.

In the meantime, I'm looking for feedback about what I should add to or remove from the lens. So drop me a note here or there and let me know what you think, please.

no shame in your self promotion SHH. My dad is fond of saying, "a dog has to wag its own tail.", as a way of encouraging confidence.

This is one of your strengths in promoting your business, SHH - you see the benefits of reaching out to a new segment of the net (bet that's what brought you to Myspace in the first place??) instead of treading the same water over again.
I shall have my Squidoo-enabled Alt go to "favourite" your lens without delay. ;-)

Thanks for the encouragement, Ralph.

You've rumbled me again, Jen :) I try a lot of things - some of them work. It's the only way to keep growing.

The only thing I know about lenses is that I think I was supposed to draw a goat for Malcolm, but have just been too swamped with procrastinating and stuff.

Your lens looks fine to me, though, for what it's worth.
