I am searching youtube's AUDIO SWAP for the perfect piece for this.  I'm starting with Evanessence because it is familiar and good; I prefer to start off with "TAKE ME AWAY (to the Special Place) by Natasha B. however a) I can't find it on audio swap anymore and b) it might draw a bunch of gamblers looking for game on Pine - that's the song you hear on commercials for Pechanga Resort, ha!

ANYway, I've been really pushing Shoreline Village lately which connects Pine, connects
tourists along the seaside to the rest of the city.
