Okay, the news go like this. The hiphop gig wont happen due to scedules that just won't fit. So sorry guys, Mauze and Reima won't be able to come.When Lukema will find a new location we will bring up hop to the scene there and sway away extatically with brother Mauze and Reima. The list of artists to preform will also probably have grown by then...and thats only a good thing!

But well, back to this date now. Instead I will be warming up the evening with my other music, bluesish, grungish, rockish. Brungish? I offer you piano, acoustic guitar and a little more laid back style in smoky darkish ambience. My first gig in a long time so drying up season should be over now!

Instead of the awaited hiphop-filled gig, there will be the band Kakalmas entertaining, it's though a bit unsure how this works for the public because the club is a private one and on their scedule you can read that the happening is for club-members only from ten o' clock forwards. But before this it is open for just about anyone. The entrance is 5 euros.
And it would suprise me if the audience gets kicked out even after my gig, since you would support the club financially and they really need all the support they can get. And they are worth it! Porvoon Lukema ry / Borgå Lukema rf arranges many gigs and happenings that maby otherwise wouldn't happen! Sadly they will be changing adress soon, since the city is planning to renovate the beautiful old house it is located in, and finding a good location for a club like this is not easy at all. At least not to a good and motivated price, and good-enough acoustics and so on. So it will probably be a while until activity can get up to the same level it's been on.
How to become a member and any other info regarding Lukema you will find on their website. And of course the adress.

They used to serve alcohol in the club before, but due to some bureaucracy and legal issues they had to quit that. BUT it is still possible to bring your own booze. Finnish law's kinda' funny when it comes to these things??

So if youre dwellin 'round in Povoo on Saturday come and listen, and bring your own drinks.

I noticed they haven't filled in my name on the calender on the Lukema site, but I assure, I will be there because I really can't wait to step up again! Oh and I will not be posting tis on "Gigs" on my profile cause' of the uncertain things about how shizzels work with private/ public and so on...So, until next time...Peace!
