The Teedra experience has been broken down to a verbal scuffle with a hungry bitch for something ur not even aware that u did to offend her. See! I'm talking in third person. Go ahead and get your grub on - Re-start the master cleanse in the 007 and whenever you feel hungry grab a glass of water and take a sip cause i hear we often mistake thirst for hunger but if you're still hungry after that hook yourself up with a plain salad or some fruit! That way you can keep mean Teedra in check while still keeping the majority of the toxins out of your body.

Teedra....U actually did that? I heard thats not safe. Was it really that bad? How many days have you been on it? Dont quit!!!! If you are doing it to cleanse and diet, I have a food plan that you can actually do and you have to only work out 3 times a week for 45 minutes. I lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks..If you interested let me know, and I will send it to you in a message...Hope all is well..A fan
