i'll tell you a story in progress...i got a message from a fridae.com member asking for a hook-up, he's a 36-year old gwm visiting dubai at the end of may.... he is based in singapore.  as you know, the fridae personals is blocked here.  so all i see is the thumbnail pic.  so i thought, hmmm, okay, maybe he can get me some stuff from hmv in sg and pay him when he gets here.  so i advised him through fridae to e-mail me directly to this yahoo id.  he did attach a pic as i have requested that came with some really buttery lines... ugh!  what is it with these kind of people that makes them assume that their kind is someone i'd instantly hop into bed with?  you know, i'd rather go to singapore myself and buy the the stuff i request for rather than do the unthinkable... i think that depressed me today... sometimes i think something is wrong with me as the dilemma is the same wherever i go.  i am a magnet for the undesirables and yet those people who i luckily get reciprocated to see me as 'disposable'... oh man, i don't even like pop music nor do i use tampons!
yeah, enjoy the moment and go with the flow?  what happens when the moment ends and i begin to drown without me knowing it!?
known for exerting effort not to hurt someone else's feelings, i lied about being sent to egypt for some work assignment for a month beginning the third week of may.  i should have settled for afghanistan border.  bugger.
for now i'm just looking forward to anita baker's tribute band playing tonight at jambase in madinat.  i need a burger.
