Well, I don't think that I have ever just sat down and written out my heart on here...kind of a silly thing if you really think about it. MySpace- even the very word is silly. lol A space that's mine. How cool is that.

I was thinking about the word "mine" this morning on the way to work and it was the first time in a while that I had actually really thought about it. Normally we think "that is mine" or "I wish that was mine". But this morning I was listening to Casting Crown's song, "In Me" and I heard the line,

" How refreshing to know You don't need me
How amazing to find that you want me "

It really made me think about how much God really does want us. We ARE his, but He gives us the choice to recieve Him as our personal Savior and Lord, or we can deny Him.  How wonderful to know that God looks at me and says "she is mine!"

Thinking back on every selfish thought, want or 'need' it always amazes me that God would want me! After everything that I (or all of us really) have done it IS refreshing to know that He doesn't need us, but still wants us. Glory to God! He is so good to me and I am amazed at His infinate wisdom and power everyday! I am so thankful that I serve a risen Savior that cares for me in that way!!
