WOW!!!  I was just putzing around our BlueCrossBlueShield website... I came across their "Cost of Drinking" calculator.  Cost of drink x number of drinks x days per week = ~~~~~
So I plugged in a conservative $5 per drink x 2 drinks x 3 days per week(including that glass of wine with dinner at home)= $30/week, which didn't sound too bad until it was multiplied by 52 weeks per year... which added up to a whopping $1560 per year(that was a conservative figure, remember?)  Whooooaaaa nelly!  That's a lot of $$$ for gas to get us to the Bahamas... or a Christmas fund... or a romantic weekend getaway.  Hmmm, can you say wake up call?  Geez, I think I need a drink so I can more fully comprehend this...

Oh sheesh! I was just mulling that all over... and that's just for ME! Factor Greg into that equation and we're heading on a nice European vacation! AND that doesn't include Langerado, SunFest, MoonFest, St. Patty's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, generic holidays OR birthdays when we all know that we drink waaaay more than 2 drinks! Hahahahahahahaaaaaaaa!

I know, right? I think I may have to start a 007-k plan(i just made that up... like a 401-k, but for every $1 i spend on a drink i have to put that much away...) it could work...
yeah you wouldn't be alone on that safari either... i started with names but i do not wish to offend anyone... what a wake up call that was...
