A QUICK UPDATE FROM THE PASTURES OF PLENTY

The last fortnight has seen The Cowtippers perform live to air on Adelaide radio stations.  The first was The Sound Lounge on Three D Radio on the 6th of September.  The Cowtippers played live to air for 50 minutes in the big old loungeroom in the historic Three D building.

This was followed on the 13th of September by a 20 minute live to air set and interview with Ben Sparrow on Radio Adelaide's Country Brekkie show.  This was viewable online as a webcast - unfortunately none of the Tippers realised it was a webcast event and were all dressed for radio in whatever they were able to pull out of the wardrobe at 6am that morning!

The band enjoyed both radio performances and the feedback from the faceless audience has been very positive.

The Tippers are also partway through recording a CD - some of the early rough mixes are now available for preview on this myspace site.    Have a listen to Blue Sky Crying,  Henk's self penned take on the Murray River crisis.
