Yeah, this happened to me Friday night.  D-bag of a waiter gives use crappy service then hits on her while I'm sitting there.  Just because he said, "If you don't mind me saying" doesn't mean you can say what you want.  Apparently, he never seen Talladega nights and does not know you say "with all due respect" because then you can say whatever you want. (NO YOU CAN'T)  I'm sure this has happened to ever guy in the world.  Here is some advice, don't punch them in the face, It will will show the lady you are with that you a easily jealous kinda guy. If you do then, images of you destroying her mailbox outside of his parents house because you didn't answer the phone when you called.  Just play it cool or better yeah 1-up the guy's compliment or pretty much insult him.  Phrases like, "Hey how about you get me a refill there chief." or "Wow you had an awesome tip coming for your crappy service, but know you have pretty much knocked that 25 cents to zero."
