..Also think of it this way it could bring more people into the walk were in with christ if people get hooked on SKILLET through this promotion. WE never know what God has planned for any thing..

we should be putting hell in a cell thats were it belongs. I know i dont want hell around. I want to get all the riches my Father has given me and is going to give me. We as chritians should be putting the devil in his place. Dont be so negative bout things man God is providing them with more, They do all of there work for the Lord then us so they deserve what God is giving them and that is more promotion and air time so more people will know who they r and be blessed for his work that he is doing through them. wake up and smell the coffee man. He is at work in everything not us. Shouldnt be so judgemental

also to that richard guy ur not reaching people if they dont know the name of the song or band because the song doesnt menchon god or anything of that nature dont get me wrong its a great song that people can relate to but how r they suppose to look them up and/or have them to become thier favorit band if they didnt even know their name but i would agree with you if the video was on mtv because at the begining and the end it shows the name of the song ond the band please think it through before you respond

..and actully yes they do mention the name of the band and the song on the show i do watch wrestling and saw the promo for it lots of people know that Skilete is a Christian Rock band so u think it through. All songs and bands that WWE uses get there Song and cd put on tv before they show the promo. I have thought every thing through before i posted it the first time so y dont u investigate that fact. And when the anouncers for WWE say the name of band and the song and actually thank them for allowing them to use the song...

..ok thats true im am not a wresling fan so i was unaware of this so you were right at that but the song doesnt specificaly doesnt talk about god or how great he is and thats fine but without that people have to care enough to actually listen to other songs of theirs or read their testomony and people just dont care any more about what doesnt effect them sure i guess it might save some and thats really good but i dont know it just bothers me mabe its my fear of them falling apart most band fall apart because of fame and they can get obsessed with money or somthing like that     ..

yes i i must agree people dont care these days. I myself at one time did not care. I use to live a party life. Drinking druging anything u can think of but through Gods continuses grace he saught me he put a message in front of me to turn my life around. Granted the song doestnt metion God but mos of the songs are talking about him he just isnt directly mensioned> Just maybe people will read there testamony and it will help them turn there lifes over to God. These thing are all in His hands He is doing the work so in the end He is glorified. I had the opertunity to see them in concert when i was in Vero Beach FL. Thankfully i got to meet them after the concert by there tour bus. The way they speak of Our Savior durning that concert and after was unbelievable. They r an awsome band of God ANd awsome people of God it was a pleasure meeting them. And # of people we get saved doesnt matter if ur not doing it for him but I would love to see many come to Our saviors way of life

It's okay hun. It's just a promotion thing. They arent advertising anything, its the other way around.  Hell in a cell is a wwe thing. And they are giving skillet a lot of promotion. Which they rightfully deserve. Esp, after all of the work they have been doing.

skillet's not advertiseing "Hell in the Cell" its the name the WWE gave for their next PPV.  WWE personally chose Skillet's "monster" as the theme for their PPV.  All's I got to say is any band that has been endorsed in some way by the WWE has gone on to do great things in the music world....Skillet now has that chance.

dont call anyone a moron...but we are to be "not of this world" so hopefully this song will be able to minister to someone ....always look to the positive of all things....i agree the WWE is so overcome with worldly language ....but this could be used to glorify God!!!

The song "Monster", if you haven't noticed has nothing to do with God. Well, nothing that will make somebody that doesn't know exactly how to interpret it see it as a Christian song.<br>..In fact, there are no direct references to God in this newest album, and I have found a hard time finding anything Christian more than a vague reference in "Hero". =/..

I guess a congratulations is in order, but none that Breaking Benjamin or Three Days Grace or 3 Doors Down wouldn't receive.

Guys calm down, remember what John Cooper said? its not just for Christians but for 'everyone'.  And plus its a good way to spread the Word of God. And the WWE is the right target.

So Skillet, I think thats a great idea guys! You guys are like the next Green Day! :D

WWE Has used other christian bands to promote thier PPV's They used Game On by Disciple for Cyber Sunday 2006 and Broken by 12 Stones for Judgment Day 2002. Well at least 12 Stones was a christian band back in that year. They also Used P.O.D's song Addicted in the WWE video game Smack Down Vs. Raw 2009. My point is this is not the first time WWE Has used christian music to promote thier PPV's or games. However, I will say that it's awesome when they do use christian music. It's like everyones been saying. It's a great marketing tool for god and them.
