Space Arm was a pilot featuring most of the cast, the director and most of the crew from the CBC sketch comedy show The 11th Hour in the style of Red Dwarf and Futurama.

The 11th Hour ran one season on CBC and was called "The Funniest Sketch show since SCTV" by the National Post.  It starred Ian Boothby, Nancy Robertson, Roger Fredericks, Neil Grahn and Randy Schooley.

Ian Boothby, creator of The 11th Hour wrote the pilot and approached CBC with it. They agreed to allow the use of their facilities in exhange for the right to broadcast it if they liked it. With the help of Blue Zone it was shot in three days and for less than $10,000.

But the spot CBC were planning to debut Space Arm on changed formats to only accept material 15 min and under and the full length sit-com pilot never aired.

We're putting it up here because we wanted.it to be seen and hope you het a kick out it. We enjoyed making it.

Nancy Robertson has gone on to star in Corner Gas, Canada's number one sit-com. Roman Danylo is the star of Comedy Inc. which airs on CTV and Spike TV. Randy Schooley has starred in multiple Comedy Network series including Rockpoint PD. Roger Fredericks is a Gemini winner for his writing on the CBC series Street Cents and Ian Boothby is the main writer for the Simpsons and Futurama Comics. The art director Pia Guerra is the co-creator and artist of Vertigo Comic's Y The Last Man which is being made into a film by New Line Cinema.

Too many people to list helped in making this so please watch the credits.
