Women On Wax Recordings has a history that is quite remarkable. The label's releases have encompassed many sounds but each and every release has one thing at its core - soul. "Just Make It Deep", by label head DJ Minx herself, takes the label to an area it knows very well - deep and funky house music. Each of the 6 mixes included in this 15th release, cook up a steamy pot of deep grooves seasoned with vocals spoken by Diviniti. With Minx's original version and the contribution of three different remixers (DJ Rork - Stawart - France, Jeremy Sylvester - Love House Records - UK, and The Quiet Boy - QB Soul - Baltimore) this release offers something for everyone. Hints of acid house, techno, and soulful house music pepper the release, but one thing is for sure - they are ALL deep! Look for it's release this fall on W.O.W. Recordings!
