Don't be afraid of the Rocksprings address, this place has been
perfectly safe and cozy for the last 3 years. It's a private, quiet
hide-away in the middle of town, just off Baxter. I'm moving to Colbert
with my sweetheart, or I'd keep it myself. Great landlord, great rent.
Hard to beat, especially for grad students and artists...
