Welcome ye' all. Happy RockTober! (yeah, original, huh? Bet you never heard that before!) Man, did I have a blast out in Colorado!! A huge thanks to all the people who came out to the shows and helped make it a successful lil' tour. 2. San Diego Music Awards Update
A huge THANKS to everyone who voted for me in this year's San Diego Music Awards. I'm so stoked to have been nominated. Unfortunately, I didn't win. But fortunately, my friend Veronica May did win, and she deserves it. This was a category stacked w/ deserving nominees - from Astra Kelly, to Cathryn Beeks, to Barbara Nesbitt, to Alex Woodard - the list goes on! Anyhow, please check Veronica out - she's an amazing singer and songwriter. Some of you may remember seeing her at one of the New Acoustic Generation shows I put on last year. Yep, you know Sam! Most of you know he's in about 20 different bands around town (being the band slut he is....), but did you know that he's an insanely good Jazz composer? 6. Next stop: Fatherhood....
So next time you receive an update from me, I'll be a brand new daddy. Our little one is due November 4th and we couldn't be more excited! Please keep Tracy and I in your thoughts and prayers for a safe and healthy delivery. Can't wait to show you pics of the little one. We don't know if its a boy or girl, so we'll all be surprised together!
