Wow! Hasn't this month flown? March is breathing down my neck already!But I promised I'd blog every month so here we are! I am off to New York on the 29th to perform with Ars Chorales and an equally wonderful percussion emsemble. It's a tribute to the people and music of New Orleans. I get to sing Iko Iko and Louisiana 1927, Sam Cooke's Change is Gonna Come and Yes We Can Can!I am happy to tell ya'll that I am beginning a new record as soon as I return and yes I am using my band!There are a couple benefits coming up also, one at Rockettown to benefit the children of Iraq {on April 18th}and don't forget that Kentucky Thunder is opening for John Hiatt this Thursday in Franklin. Come if you can. I have told Ron at Third I want to do earlier shows, so watch for some time changes in upcoming dates and some new venues too. Thank you to all who have held me and mine together with prayer and support. I was sinking and somehow ya'll pulled me up from the bottom of the pool! Now I'd be much obliged if all who feel so inclined would pray for my dear friend and brother Tony C.
