Who Gives Kudos:

Wednesday, October 03, 2007
Hi Kids, so I've joined the crowd and added the ability for you to download (and purchase) my old band, Umajets first record done in 1995 called Demolotion. I know many of you have asked about where you could purchase this, and frankly, outside of Japan and Germany, I couldn't give you a straight answer...So I hope those of you who aren't familiar with the stuff I was all about a good while ago will enjoy these songs. They were from a time when home recording was just gaining credibility, and believe me, we were singing and playing while reading the old ADAT manuals and pressing the red button.
Take care,
Tim

i love this record! i bought it in germany the day "all you can't leave behind" was released. i couldn't believe a retailer actually had it in stock (and i thought i might not see another copy so reasonably priced) so i bought 2 copies.

I'll always remember one particular Sunday in June 1995. I was driving from Atlanta to Charlotte to see my daughter was listening to WNCW on the road somewhere around Greenville, SC. It was Mothers Day and the DJ played your song Mother (one of my favorites from Demolotion). I was moved to reflect upon my Mother who had passed in '87 but I also felt a sense of empathy for Rob's relationship with his Mom. Great song. Still elicits a lot of emotion for me.
