We are very happy to announce that two of the most iconic characters from Stephen King's filmography have been confirmed as guests for HorrorHound Weekend Cincinnati - taking place at the Sheraton Cincinnati North on November 20-22nd, 2009! Both Courtney Gains (Malachai) and Jonathan Franklin (Issac) of Children of the Corn fame will be attending the event all three days -meeting fans, signing photos and taking pics!

Jonathan Franklin, in a rare convention appearance, has starred in a number of films over the years. On top of playing the sinister leader of the child cult, Issac, in Children of the Corn (and its 1999 sequel, Children of the Corn 666: Issac's Return (in which be also wrote)), Jonathan has also worked on such films as Child's Play, Python, Killing Grounds, Wag the Dog, and portrayed Cousin Itt in both Addam's Family, and Addam's Family Values.

Courtney Gains, a fan favorite, played the psychotic red headed Malachai in Children of the Corn instantly making the term "Outlander" just downright scary. Outside of "Corn," Courtney has had a very healthy career in cinema, appearing in dozens of exciting films over the years. Including Back to the Future, Hardbodies, Can't Buy Me Love, The 'burbs (as the creepy Hans Klopek), Memphis Belle, Behind Enemy Lines, Sweet Home Alabama and Rob Zombie's Halloween!
Jonathan and Courtney join an already bolstering guest list that includes Elvira: Mistress of the Dark, Quinn Lord (Sam from this Fall's highly anticipated film Trick 'r Treat), Tom Atkins (in a special Night of the Creeps reunion, along with Jason Lively and Jill Whitlow), a first time appearance by Jenny Wright (Near Dark), plus Michael Gross (Tremors), Richard John Walters (Harry Warden from My Bloody Valentine 3-D), Richard Brooker (Friday the 13th: 3-D's Jason Voorhees), Chris Durand (Halloween: H20's Michael Myers), Tom Savini and many more!

Tickets are now on sale - just visit www.horrorhoundweekend.com today! And remember to feed the beast: TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!
