March 4 - 9 a.m. - 12noon
On December 30, we held our annual Holiday Career and Lifestyle Fair and between 1,000 and 1,200 people attended. As a result, we will be holding another fair with more employers on Wednesday, March 4 from 9 a.m. - 12 noon at the Roanoke Civic Center Exhibit Hall sponsored by WDBJ7, The Renick Group and Express Employment Professionals.
Exhibitors will include companies offering jobs, entrepreneurial organizations showcasing resources to assist with business startups, and lifestyle organizations offering a diverse mix of social and cultural amenities. “We feel a responsibility to provide opportunities for job seekers to interact with employers,” said fair coordinator, Stuart Mease. “A job fair is the most effi cient way for people to interact face-to-face with employers to identify what is potentially available for them.”
