Ok, So firstly....GO OBAMA!!!!!
That is exciting. And speaking of our future prez, I am doing an Obama event on the eve of super tuesday. Monday Feb 4th at Bowery Ballroom. It will be the debut of my new girl group BIRDS. The band includes myself, Karen Elson, and Nina Perrson. So divine and lovely as you can imagine. Also performing is Ok Go, Shudder to Think and the boys of Stella will make the funny.
Also, my record King of Girls is done I swear. Shopping it and planning it now. But I promise a late March show in NYC is going to happen.
My PBS kids show will start airing in September and keep an ear out for my theme song for the cartoon Mighty B on Nickelodeon in April.
And lastly, I just made a chicken tortilla soup that is maybe the best thing I have ever made. My cats are a bit gassy from it but they are bloatedly giving me a thumbs up.
