So I have started a volunteer where people will spend time playing with kids in a children's long term care facility. Many of these kids are in CPS custody and are meth babies or abused to the point of needing permanent medical help. They get less then 8 hours of play time a week.
My project is to have a day where people come in and spend all day reading to them, doing art projects with them and just playing with them. The project is called Students For Smiles.
