As far as Minnesota Goes.........It is what it is, ya know. Everybody has their own Perseption as to what HipHop is or means to them, ya know. I feel that Music in general either Brings People together or the Total Opposite. All I got ta Say about HipHop here in Minnesota is Cool, but I Feel that We Need More Unity, less drama & petty type of stuff, More Collaborations, less dissin & fussin, More Community Activism Focusing on the Positives, less focusing on the negatives, More Original, Creative & Unique HipHop that Has some Heart & Soul, less materialism, less degrading of women, less glamourizing the gangsta lifestyle of drugs, sex & violence, More Peace, Love & Unity. I could go on & on & on. LOL That's just how I feel though. To each their own. So for all ya'll so called HipHop & Music Lovers who say that they Keep's it Real & Support HipHop, I'm callin ya'lls bluff !!! Don't Talk About it, Be About it !!! Come on Out & Show some Love & Support on Friday March 6th @ the Rock Nightclub in Maplewood for the Spring Break HipHop Party Jam with lot's of different Local HipHop Artists performing as well as Dj's too. I'm an OldSchool Dj, so if ya See Me There, Show Me some Love & Support & Say "Hey, What's Up Pappy, How ya Doin my Friend" Ok..............I've been Djing off & on for quite some time now & I don't think I'm no better than anybody, so if ya got beef, Go to McDonald's & getcha a Big Mac, Ok. I believe that peter parker is sensationalizing this whole deal to bring more attention to what he is trying to accomplish for himself and his own celebrity. If he really supported local Hip Hop he wouldn't be trashing the artists he brings on his show. He would have people on his show because he believes in their talent and wants to give local artists a platform that they don't normally get, but that would be too altruistic for B96..We all know B96 supports crap music that is fueled by big money labels who could care less about talent and the Real Hip Hop Community...
