The name of the latest hurricane caught my attention on the news while I was checking e-mail.  Those weather people must have been in my house and gotten caught in the whirlwhind that is Genevieve!  Having a 2 year old in the house keeps things exciting.

I got home the other day and she comes running down the hall saying off and grabbing her neck.  It looked like a shadow, but when I turned on the light it was toothpaste and to compliment her neck wotion (lotion) she had added some minty green streaks to her hair as well!  At least she smelled nice and fresh :)  Daddy was in the bathroom wiping up and had apparently already gotten the worst of it off her.  Any substance in a tube or bottle that is creamy is not safe from being smeared - that girl loves her wotion.

Then there are times like tonight when we got her into jammies and turned on a cartoon and she crawled up in the recliner, put the footrest out, grabbed a blanket and her baby and cuddled all up and then fell asleep.  Hard to believe she's ever anything but an angel in moments like these.
