you all know it. once in a while when the jamming's hot and the crowd is fun we'll get our friends up onstage to play with us. which is what happened over at 70s bistro last monday. here's raimund's entry from our mailing list, it says it all, we've just added some photos here.
hey kids
you shouda been there. its always fun to play long sets in clubs.
bistro70s is a little different because bands are asked(begged) NOT to
play loud. its not an acoustic set but its really laid back. we play
some old
stuff some current stuff and test drive some new stuff for the new album.
last night was a quite a surprise. we found rico and clem in the house
just hanging. after a few beers we got them to jam a few songs. as
luck would have it buddy dropped by with his wife earnest, so we asked
him to play bass.i dont think theyve ever played together in the past.
but it was such a treat playing with these guys.its actually my first
to play with clem. it was a good ole jam session. no issues or drama.
it was fun. these jams dont happen often. but when they do. we
remember why we all love playing music in the first place.
wish you were there.
tonight well be in magnet at the fort. youll never know who will drop
by . haha
