I am so sick of promising myself that this year is going to be different and NEVER actually doing what I say.

How many of you do that?

You have the best intentions for the year but they quickly die off and you fall sadly into the same old routine that leads you deeper into the abyss of nothingness and despair.

How about you and I make a real effort to change that.

Change is always hard but it can be done.

Let's learn to TURN off the TV. Really.. how many re runs of those Sitcoms can you watch? I love them too but then you wake up the next morning and you can't even remember what you were laughing at - and there goes your night.... there goes your month... there goes your year.

Life is to be lived and enjoyed. Make the effort to have a great time and look back at this year and say : Yes, this year was awesome!

Write a list of the things you want to do and do them!

I have - and I will stick by them, no matter what.

Chances are you will die soon.

A lot of the time I feel I have lived well passed my life expectancy. I REALLY didn't think I would get out of my teens - but here I am still going...
